Artist Statement

My current work is concerned with the relationship between the eye and the lens as means of looking, as well as how the abstract nature of language and lens-based media can inform our concrete perception of time and space. I have articulated these ideas predominantly through video, site-specific installation and writing, and have a particular interest in working on collaborative and cross-disciplinary projects.
